TEKsystems is urgently seeking a Business Analyst. This role supports a high-visibility CPQ implementation project within digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and experience working with offshore development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

•3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.

• Strong understanding of CPQ systems, including what CPQ is and how it functions.

• Familiarity with ERP and eCommerce platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to ask the right questions, understand technical details, and drive clarity.

• Experience working with offshore development teams and participating in early-morning calls.

Project Context:

• The BA will support the CPQ implementation, which is being rolled out across multiple Dover operating companies.

• Projects may involve:

- Migration from existing CPQ systems.

- Lift-and-shift implementations.

- First-time CPQ deployments for OpCos without prior solutions.
