Integration & Data Flow Support
Monitor and troubleshoot how systems connect (Sales Rabbit, Amplify, Rooflink, R3, etc.) to ensure data flows accurately and consistently.
Cross-Platform Troubleshooting
Diagnose issues across multiple tools — whether it’s a rep not showing in a system or financial data not aligning — and resolve root causes.

What You’ll Own
Application & System Administration
Own the performance and day-to-day functionality of our core platforms across sales, operations, and project management.

Monitor and troubleshoot how systems connect (Sales Rabbit, Amplify, Rooflink, R3, etc.) to ensure data flows accurately and consistently.

Diagnose issues across multiple tools — whether it’s a rep not showing in a system or financial data not aligning — and resolve root causes.
Vendor & Software Management
Act as the primary point of contact with software vendors. Escalate issues, track bugs, and ensure timely resolution.

Operational Support
Partner with field teams, finance, and leadership to remove friction from workflows and keep projects moving.

What Makes You a Fit

- Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms (CRM, field ops, project systems)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of issues
- Working knowledge of financial workflows (invoices, balances, job costs)
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or software partners
Compensation & Perks
- $85,000–$100,000 base salary
