A company is looking for a UB-04 Facility Claims Processor - Meditech. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit claims to third-party insurance carriers and secure necessary medical documentation Follow up on unpaid claims and process rejections by correcting billing errors and resubmitting claims Maintain quality customer service and meet production and quality assurance standards Required Qualifications 3 years of recent experience in Critical Access or Acute Care facility and professional claim billing Meditech E.H.R experience is required Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to communicate with various insurance payers Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies
