A company is looking for a Telephone Operator to serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate extension Take and relay messages accurately and respond to emergency calls promptly Perform operator functions, including triaging calls and maintaining workflow through clerical duties Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting Ability to sit for long periods and perform manual tasks such as operating office equipment Vision correctable to 20/20 and hearing within normal range for telephone contacts Ability to maintain a confidential home office environment
