Job Title: Senior Product / Engineering Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract- part time, 2 weeks - 10-15 hrs/ week
Pay Range: USD 90-100/hr
Overview Seeking a Senior Product / Engineering Manager to lead scalable, data-driven platforms for a fast-growing eCommerce/marketplace environment. This role bridges engineering, data, and business strategy to drive customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Own product lifecycle and define roadmap aligned with business goals
- Partner with engineering on scalable systems (APIs, microservices, cloud)
- Use data to improve customer experience, pricing, and operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, finance, operations)
- Drive automation and workflow improvements (e.g., Jira, inventory systems)
Requirements - 6 10+ years in Product, Engineering, or Technical Program Management
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and data-driven systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and system design
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred - Background in marketplaces, retail, or high-growth tech
- Experience with SQL/Python, BI tools, and workflow automation
- Exposure to financial/data modeling or revenue optimization

- Strong communicator across technical and business teams
