A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Process, analyze, and audit payroll functions for assigned cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct thorough audits of payroll data and maintain awareness of relevant statutes and regulations
Provide customer service and support to HR Coordinators and employees regarding payroll inquiries
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's / Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, or business management
One year of payroll administration and processing experience preferred
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Working knowledge of HRIS software (Oracle, Kronos, etc.) is a plus
