Job Description
Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution group is seeking a talented and creative softwareengineer/data scientist. In order to build and deploy Data Science models at the scale andvelocity required for Personalization, Forecasting, Marketing, Content/User Segmentation, andother services at the user and session level at various timescales, our team of Data Scientistsrequires a ML Engineer to build (near) real-time data-ingestion pipelines and robust (faulttolerant) model serving infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where your work informsdecisions affecting millions of consumers, with a direct tie to The Walt Disney Company’srevenue. It spans a broad range of subject areas, including analysis of marketing effectiveness,user frequency, fan engagement, personalization, predicting future consumer behavior, andcontent optimization. We are a tight and driven team with big goals, so we seek people who arepassionate about solving the toughest challenges and working at scale, using and buildingdistributed systems in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
