HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Microsoft SharePoint site collections.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows following best practices.
- Promptly and effectively address tasks, messages, and incoming requests.
- Provide timely communications and turn around for priority tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions.
- Provide system / specialized training and technical guidance as needed.
- Provide input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, course of action (COA) development, and assist in project technical planning and implementation.
- Collaborate with content managers, Information Assurance, team members, and end-users on solutions and issues.
- Review, analyze, and verify current security configuration and effectiveness in response to DoD requirements and emerging threats.
- Mentor and coach less experienced content managers from the other directorates
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Continuous improvement mindset to ensure the quality of delivered services.

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
