The Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service Professional plays a dual role at The Richard Group Agency, focusing on both customer service and new sales growth. This position is designed for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese and has a passion for both relationship management and insurance sales. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to existing clients while actively contributing to agency growth by producing at least 20 new insurance items per month.
