Job Description

Are you a seasoned sales professional with at least three years of experience in yacht brokerage, luxury sales, or a related field?
Do you possess a deep understanding of the luxury yacht market and have an extensive network within the industry?
Are you self-motivated and entrepreneurial, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market? Do you have the flexibility and willingness to travel, attending yacht shows, private viewings, and client meetings across the U.S. and internationally?
If you excel in engaging with high-net-worth individuals and providing exceptional client service, we want to hear from you.
You will be working with a globally recognized and respected leader in the yachting industry, gaining access to an established client base, world-class marketing materials, and a dedicated support team. This role also offers significant opportunities for career development within a rapidly growing U.S. division.
What’s on offer ? a good basic salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure based in California.
