About the Role:
Join MovementPlus Physical Therapy as a Massage Therapist LMT at any of our three locations, AIEA, HONOLULU or WAIPAHU, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' well-being. We are looking for passionate professionals to provide exceptional therapeutic services in a supportive and dynamic environment.



Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss treatment goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and massage techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
• Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
