key responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.- Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain part quality and machine efficiency.- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (e.g., G-code, M-code) a plus.- Familiarity with various materials, including metals and plastics.- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist within a manufacturing environment.- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., Fanuc) and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a relevant technical program is a plus.- Must pass a background check and submit to a drug screen
