POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for development of effective, secure and timely logistical routes and communications to, from and between customers and route drivers. Serves as the liaison between internal and external customers and the couriers. Interacts with all level of management, medical processionals and staff to provide exceptional transportation services for specimens, materials and personnel.

Physical Demands: Must be able to move between workstations. Must be able to frequently move, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 30 lbs, 20% of the time. Must be able to tolerate sitting and computer data entry for long periods of time.
