SYNERGY HomeCare offers experienced personal care attendants:
Competitive pay between $19-$21
Direct deposit
Paid orientation and ongoing training
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques
Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)
Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
