We’re seeking a real estate agent who wants to build a structured, supported career with coaching, practical guidance, and the opportunity to work alongside active industry professionals while earning competitive commissions. From day one, you’ll learn how to develop strong daily habits, understand how successful agents generate momentum, and implement simple systems that drive consistent activity. The emphasis is on hands-on experience, clear direction, and steady progress through real conversations and practical application.
You’ll build consistency, strengthen communication skills, and grow confidence through repetition and ongoing coaching. By working closely with experienced agents, you’ll refine your approach and establish a solid foundation for long-term success in real estate.

Compensation:$130,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Attend real estate trainings
- Organize and build your database
- Communicate with your database
- Intern with teams or agents when possible
- Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
- Learn sales talk and scripts
- Complete designated non-agent allowed activities
- Misc. activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
- Sales experience
- 18 years of age or older
- High School education, college preferred
- Willingness and commitment to obtaining a license
- Passing real estate school
- Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry
- Effective communicator
- Driven
