Are you a dedicated OB Hospitalist seeking a flexible opportunity to serve a vibrant community? We are looking for a compassionate, skilled physician to provide exceptional obstetric care at our busy Springfield hospital. This dynamic role offers the chance to work with a committed team, enjoy competitive compensation, and make a difference in the lives of countless women and families.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise in obstetrics, including managing labor and delivery, prenatal and postpartum care
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle high-volume births efficiently and safely
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff and patients
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover shifts as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with NICU Level 3 care
• Ability to manage gynecological emergencies
• Prior locum or hospitalist experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• At least 2 years of obstetric practice experience
• Active medical license in Missouri or able to obtain one promptly

Other Requirements:

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Ability to start as early as 12/31/2025
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and handle high-acuity cases
• Reimbursement for travel, licensure, certifications, and other expenses when applicable
