About the Role:

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• LPC, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $75,000 to $103,000 with no cap on productivity income potential. Apply today!
