ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
As second and third-generation State Farm agents, my wife and I have been with the company for nearly 20 years, bringing a deep-rooted passion for serving our community. Our backgrounds as former college athletes—Brittanie in volleyball at UTEP and Matt in football at the University of Oklahoma—have shaped our leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth. Outside of work, we are active in ministry and enjoy spending time with our two children, who are just as sports-driven as we are!


Our team is at the heart of everything we do. With 14 talented individuals, we have a strong mix of experience and fresh perspectives, creating a dynamic and diverse work environment. We provide specialized support through dedicated customer service, new business, and hybrid teams, along with a unique claims concierge position to guide customers through the claims process.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Mccoy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
