- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices within an allotted time frame
- Have dexterity to be able to use your hands with small tools and parts

- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Able to comprehend technical documentation, charts, and operating
- Timely output to ensure continuity, quality, and safety is mandatory
- Communication: ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.
- Dexterity: Computer repair techs use their hands to manipulate objects within the computer.
- Troubleshooting: Computer repair techs must be able to diagnose, repair and test computer problems as they arise.

Hiring Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem"
- Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
- Physical skill requirements Vision/hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs.
- Good vision/hand-eye coordination
- Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check/drug test
- Professional appearance
Previous Work Experience:
- Retail experience recommended but not required 2+ years in electronic repair location Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals
