  • Review all staff documentation (e.g., in resident records, personnel files) to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Complete 90-day and annual performance evaluations for all staff under supervision.
  • Provide initial and annual required training to Direct Care Staff, House Managers, and Administrative Assistants, ensuring all training is scheduled and completed before expiration dates to maintain state compliance.

Administrative & Crisis Response:

  • Act as the primary on-call contact to ensure agency policies, procedures, and programs are delivered appropriately, especially during emergencies.
  • Handle emergency situations appropriately, utilizing crisis interventions when necessary, following Abiding Path, LLC policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Board of Directors by preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials.
  • Attend and participate in quarterly meetings, including peer review, compliance updates, administrative updates, and staff enrichment.
  • Actively show initiative and motivation to learn.
  • Day-to-Day Activities As QP, your days will be diverse, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on clinical and operational tasks.
  • You'll regularly review client records, provide supervision to staff, and participate in team meetings to ensure integrated care.
  • You'll be involved in intake and discharge planning, ensuring seamless transitions for youth.
