Job description
Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Furnace Operator at an elite tooling company in Huntsville, AL.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Temp to Hire

Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm ($20.00)
3rd Shift: 6:30pm to 6:30am ($21.00)
- Rotating schedule: 3-2-3 and every other weekend
- Must be able to train on 1st shift
- Must be available to work either shift at any time

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload fixtures with product into furnaces.
- Ensure that the product is set up correctly and sufficiently clean.
- Ensure an adequate gas supply and replace gas tanks as needed.
- Ensure targets and melts are adequate to run the process being loaded.
- Perform tests on standards to ensure coating thickness and adhesion are within specifications.
- Perform batch cleanings at proper intervals.
- Responsible for setting up and separating product.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Able to use both hands simultaneously for pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and walking.
- Able to work for long periods while standing.
- Good eye/hand coordination.
