MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is looking for a Locum to Perm OB/GYN Hospitalist to start on January 1, 2026!Schedule:Start date: Jan 1, 2026Patient Contact Hours: 7a-7aShifts per month: 6.5Shift length: 24 hoursOn Call: 24/7Details:Inpatient: Yes, at MercyOne Des Moines Medical CenterTelehealth: NoSupervision of APPs expected: NoNumber of exam rooms per provider: 8 bed OBEDMedical Imaging: YesLab & Pharmacy: YesClinic provider daily volume: 1389 visits to OBED per year, roughly 463 result in deliveriesEMR: EpicJob Responsibilities:OBED patientsemergent patients (vaginal deliveries and C-sections)patients without primary OBGYNonly maternity transport team in IowaBill Rates needed for Submission:Malpractice (must be included in the rates)Orientation24 Hour On CallHoliday 24 Hour On CallCall BackHoliday Call BackConversion fee ($25k rate cap)*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
