Job Title: Coordinator, Training and Technical Assistance
Reports To: Capacity and Outreach Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Status: Full-time, exempt
Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000
Amplify Youth Health Collective (Amplify) seeks a full-time Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator with a high level of initiative and exceptional organizational skills. This role will provide training and professional development to youth-serving professionals, and technical assistance to support implementation of sexual health and healthy relationship education in schools and community-based settings. The Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator will work directly with the Capacity and Outreach Manager and maintain close communication with key project personnel and Amplify partners. The Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator will have a minimum of two years’ experience delivering instruction both virtually and in person, with experience delivering evidence-based sex education programs preferred. The Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator must be detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial, mission-focused, and community-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to new schools and community-based sites for the implementation of sexual health education, in accordance with organizational expansion goals
- Deliver evidence-based trainings to youth-serving adults related to teen pregnancy prevention and healthy relationship curricula and instructional best practices in the fields of adolescent sexual health, positive youth development, and quality instructional methods
- Coordinate Amplify’s technical assistance and quality coaching model, including observations, fidelity monitoring, data collection, quality coaching, and professional development for newly established program sites
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of Amplify trainings and events, as needed
- Work with Amplify partners to recruit and onboard new school partners for implementation of programming
- Steward and manage school and partner relationships, including establishing feedback loops and quality improvement processes
- Serve as a liaison between schools, programs, partners, and Amplify staff
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of the Sex Educator Network, as needed
- Maintain working knowledge of the latest research, program developments, and data trends as well as local, state, and national experts in the field
- Attend training and professional development on an annual basis, some travel required
- Maintain detailed workplans and communications logs for robust grant reporting
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and one to three years of programmatic or specialized technical experience in a relevant field required
- 2+ years of experience implementing education programs, both on zoom and in person
- Experience implementing educational programs to a variety of audiences
- Knowledge of health education principles including scientific, evidence-based approaches to teen pregnancy prevention, research-proven sex education curricula, and positive youth development
- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences with a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office, Zoom, and the capacity to learn and implement the use of project management software)
- Background in reproductive health or non-profits preferred
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours and Schedule
- This is a 40-hour per week position
- This is an on-site position with some work-from-home flexibility
