Job description

What You’ll Do Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs Supervise and mentor behavior technicians Collaborate with fellow BCBAs on clinical strategies Partner with families to support meaningful progress Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery What Makes Triangle ABA Different Clinician-led leadership that understands your role Supportive team culture built on collaboration and respect Opportunities for growth and professional development A mission focused on real impact for children and families Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field BCBA certification in good standing Experience supervising behavior technicians Strong communication and clinical decision-making skill Compensation & Benefits Salary:
