The Pavilion at Kenton is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead the facility with a strong focus on quality care, compliance, and team development. This role is ideal for an Administrator who values a hands-on, supportive leadership approach in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations
Lead and support department heads to maintain strong operational performance
Maintain survey readiness and guide the facility through regulatory surveys
Manage staffing, budgets, and overall financial performance
Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality resident care
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Kentucky
Prior Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey process, and operations
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to foster a positive, resident-centered culture
