The Pavilion at Kenton is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead the facility with a strong focus on quality care, compliance, and team development. This role is ideal for an Administrator who values a hands-on, supportive leadership approach in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations

• Lead and support department heads to maintain strong operational performance

• Maintain survey readiness and guide the facility through regulatory surveys

• Manage staffing, budgets, and overall financial performance

• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality resident care

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Kentucky

• Prior Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey process, and operations

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to foster a positive, resident-centered culture
