Senior Field Property Adjuster - Role & Responsibilities
Manage property claims from start to finish (cradle to grave), ensuring timely contact, investigation, evaluation, and settlement.
Conduct on-site or remote inspections to assess damages from water, wind, and hail. Primarily residential, with some commercial and farm claims.
Work directly with clients and policyholders to deliver a positive and professional claims experience.
Utilize construction knowledge to evaluate structural and interior damages (e.g., water-damaged kitchens) and determine appropriate repair scopes.
Use Xactimate to prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
Communicate clearly with internal teams, contractors, and insureds throughout the claims process.
Bring a senior-level perspective with field expertise, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
