Strong technical knowledge of our products and related technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative products and our valued customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Develop and deliver tailored technical proposals and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of applications, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers post-sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.
- Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
