For 17 years, our agency has built a culture of excellence, teamwork, and genuine customer care. We take pride in working hard, supporting each other, and creating a positive work environment. Many of our customers come to us through word-of-mouth referrals, which speaks to the level of service and trust we have built in the community.


Our team currently consists of six dedicated professionals, and we are looking to grow. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing team members to balance their professional and personal lives. In addition, we provide competitive benefits, including up to four weeks of paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and a monthly health insurance stipend.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Chuck McFarland - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • We believe in an almost complete overlap of customer service and sales, as we help identify risks in people’s lives and assist them in addressing those risks. Our successful team members are able to pivot between opportunities for the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
