Application Developer Location :   Blue Ash, OH (On-Site) Pay :  $80,000-95,000 (compensation can vary depending on experience) + Benefits, Community Involvement, PTO, 401k match (10% dollar for dollar), Roth contribution General Overview The Application Developer supports the development, configuration, and integration of both internally built and third-party applications to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. This role collaborates with business units to understand workflows, requirements, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within internal and third-party applications, including CRM and workflow platforms.
• Configure and customize business applications and low-code / no-code platforms to align with organizational goals.
• Develop workflows, automations, and business logic to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with data and development teams to enable seamless integrations across internal systems and databases.
• Support the implementation, optimization, and scalability of CRM and workflow platforms.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance for users.
• Document configurations, workflows, and development processes.
