Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to lead an outpatient wound care program in the Eugene market.
Join a dedicated team providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with chronic and complex wounds.
Position Highlights
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage
Outpatient, appointment-only clinic setting
Procedure-based practice – minimal administrative burden
Collaborative environment with full clinical support team
Growth potential into leadership roles
Key Responsibilities
Perform and manage wound care procedures: suturing, debridement, incision & drainage (I&D)
Provide advanced wound management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes
Average 15–20 patient encounters daily
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon)
National certification and DEA license required
Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills
Experience in urgent care,wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural environments preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $115,000–$155,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential
