JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a dynamic Security Manager to lead our integrated IT and OT security initiatives. This fully remote position, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offers work-life balance while overseeing critical infrastructure protection. Join us to make a significant impact in cybersecurity while working from anywhere.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and oversee both IT and OT security environments, ensuring comprehensive protection across industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
  • Lead risk assessment initiatives and develop security frameworks aligned with industry standards like NIST and ISA / IEC 62443
  • Oversee incident response planning and execution for both IT and OT environments
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure security measures don't impact operational efficiency
  • Manage 24 / 7 security monitoring operations and incident response teams
  • Develop and implement security awareness training programs

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Deep understanding of OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems
  • Experience with security monitoring platforms and threat detection systems
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and security frameworks
  • Expertise in integrating IT and OT security practices
  • Experience with vendor management and third-party security assessments Technical Expertise :
  • Proficiency with Arctic Wolf security integration and Juniper Networks security solutions
  • Experience with quantum encryption technologies and advanced security infrastructure
  • Understanding of zero-trust security implementation
