We are seeking a Quality Specialist to join our Fresno, CA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understanding and utilizing quality procedures to carry out technical reviews, inspections and audits.
• Writing reports and recommendations
• Performing periodic inspections on various items related to high speed rail.
• Using and interpreting Caltrans Specifications, codes, and project specifications.
• Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel as needed to fabrication sites and the jobsite
• Caltrans specification experience desirable

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction quality experience with some experience in a quality and/or concrete technical role.
• At minimum the job requires the ability to travel to Fresno, CA for periodic inspections and audits which could be up to 2 to 3 days per week.

Technical Requirements:

• Engineering degree. Advanced (MS or PhD) with emphasis on structures, concrete, or related field is preferred.

Other miscellaneous qualities:

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work as part of a team involving staff, clients and outside agencies

Compensation:

$90k - $145k annual salary

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
