  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Service Area: Bergen County, NJ Care Setting: In-Home Adult Care Make a Difference—One Patient at a Time Affirmed Home Care is a premier, concierge-level home health agency committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care with compassion, dignity, and integrity.
  • We are currently seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Bergen County .
  • We offer a wide range of opportunities, including 6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts , day, night, and overnight cases , as well as visit-based assignments .
  • This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, consistent support, and meaningful work outside of a facility setting.
