Job description
Vivo HealthStaff Inc. is recruiting for a Full-Time Registered Nurse in Grand Rapids, MI. **Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Allowance Provided** This position offers competitive compensation, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits, including the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process to provide care for patients, including developing and reassessing plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Provide direction and oversight to other licensed and non-licensed staff. Educate patients and their families regarding discharge and aftercare needs. Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and staff. Document, report, and verify all necessary information following established policies and procedures. Monitor for and report any potential patient risks to the physician. Maintain a customer-friendly environment by adhering to quality improvement standards and building positive relationships with departments, co-workers, and external customers. Serve as a clinical leader by delegating and coordinating staff assignments and promoting staff development. Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am 8-hour shifts: 3:00pm-11:30pm or 11:00pm-7:30am Full-Time Evenings: 32 hours/week, 3:00pm-11:30pm Full-Time Nights: 32 hours/week, 11:00pm-7:30am Shift Differentials: 7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday – $1.25 extra per hour 3pm-11pm: Monday-Thursday – $2.00 extra per hour 3pm-11pm: Friday-Sunday – $3.00 extra per hour 11pm-7am: Monday-Thursday – $4.00 extra per hour 11pm-7am: Friday-Sunday – $5.00 extra per hour Compensation: Hourly Range: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 - $12,000 Requirements: Must hold an active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
