Locum - OB Hospitalist Physician Job in Lancaster, CA | Competitive Pay + Immediate Start

Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $195.00 per hour
  • Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Provide obstetric care and manage labor and delivery services within the hospital setting
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to deliver patient-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols
  • Document patient interactions accurately and promptly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
  • Valid California medical license and board certification in OB/GYN
  • Minimum of 2+ years obstetric practice experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight and weekend shifts
  • Ability to start quickly is a plus
