Pediatric Geneticist
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $199243.00 - $280166.00

Subspecialize in neurogenetics or precision medicine while enjoying 36 days of PTO and up to a $20,000 signing bonus in St. Louis. SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, seeks physician applicants for Clinical Geneticist positions available in the Division of Medical Genetics of the Department of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Opportunity Highlights

· Subspecialize in areas like neurogenetics, biochemical genetics, or precision medicine based on your interests

· Enjoy 36 days of PTO annually with flexible coverage arrangements

· Join a small collegial genetics group with direct input on all program decisions

· Work alongside Stephen Braddock, MD, who is a well-experienced physician with 15 years in the program, plus 8 genetic counselor faculty members, counseling assistants, 2 PhD genetic researchers, a part-time dietician, and a clinical nurse

· Access telehealth options for remote patient consultations

· The incoming Clinical Geneticist will practice at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, ranked among the best children's hospitals in the country

· Receive a $20,000 signing bonus plus relocation and retention bonuses

· Access $5,000 annual CME allowance, education loan assistance, and research funds

· Manage 7 patient slots per full clinical day with 1-hour new patient appointments

· Join a program with a 3-year patient waitlist and ramp up as quickly as desired
