We’re looking for a
motivated, customer-focused Insurance Account Manager who wants more than a typical insurance role.
In this role, you will:
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts through consultative conversations—not cold-call-only sales.
- Educate clients—not pressure them—on insurance solutions that truly fit their needs

What Success Looks Like: In your first 6 months, you’ll be licensed, confidently advising clients, and earning commission. Within 12 months, top performers have clear paths to higher income or leadership. Whether your goal is a strong sales career or a future leadership role, we’ll help you get there.
🛠 What You’ll Do:
- Meet and exceed sales goals through education, relationship-building, and team support.
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts through consultative conversations, not cold-call-only sales.
- Educate clients on Allstate products to protect their families and assets
- Build trust through consistent, high-quality service
- Stay informed on industry trends and proactively support client needs
- Collaborate with a supportive, goal-oriented team
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior insurance experience required (we train you!)
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License (we assist)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, follow through, and stay organized
- High work ethic and sense of urgency to deliver results
Nice to Have:
- Sales experience (retail or customer-facing roles are great)
- Bilingual in Spanish
