  • Hours: Flexible schedule with timing of work hours; Monday - Friday

  • Average patients seen: 24/week
  • Call Schedule: Rotated | One Week at a time | $100 for each week of call

  • Additional Information: For more than 30 years, the Family Practice and Counseling Services Network (FPCSN) has provided accessible, nurse-managed, and community-based care across Philadelphia. Through six sites, including primary, behavioral health, dental, and social services, FPCSN serves 12,000+ individuals of all ages with the belief that 'quality health care is a right, not a privilege.' As it transitions into a stand-alone Community Health Center, FPCSN is focused on growth, collaboration, and accountability-empowering dedicated professionals to shape the future of community health.
