Job Description

The Brook – Dupont is a -bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for adolescents, adults and seniors.

Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors and activity therapists.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team who will be a part of our Outpatient Team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.

Education:

Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences

Licensure/ Certification:

Must be licensed or under supervision in state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW ,CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP)

Experience:

Preferred: One to three years experience
