We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and oversee key aspects of outbound shipping and supply chain operations. This is a full-time onsite position offering a dynamic environment and opportunities for growth.
Generate packing lists and prepare shipping documentation
Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery
Negotiate freight quotes and schedule carrier pickups
Communicate with internal departments and external customers
Enter logistics data into SAP and reconcile freight invoices
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts
Bachelor’s degree (required)
3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics (preferred)
Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
Forklift experience is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
