Massage Therapy Student Clinic Director

The Clinic Director-Massage at the Dayton School of Medical Massage will lead and manage the massage therapy student clinic. This role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring students, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in massage therapy, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. This position is every other Saturday from 10:30am to 5:30 pm, and every Sunday from 10:30am to 4:30pm.

The clinic director will also have their own room, table, and free use of linens and lotions to see their own clients while being on site for students, and earn extra income in addition to the pay offered by the school.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the massage therapy clinic to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team students, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapeutic practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid state of Ohio massage therapy license.
