Job Description:
Your work hours will be 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible for a 30% annual field bonus. As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year.

You Will:
- Organize and schedule production runs by assessing type of MAIL, volumes, and staffing levels needed to process subscribed volumes
- Lead teams across all shifts and departments and be accountable for development, retention, and evaluation of leadership team members
- Accountable for achieving and exceeding operational metrics and KPIs
- Responsible for planning and forecasting staffing needs and goals based on client projections and historical trends
- Be accountable for quality function throughout the operating center. Assures quality of all mail received from receipt of the MAIL, through processing and final presentation of the MAIL to the USPS
- Ensure completion and correctness of required USPS and internal reports, job costing reports, and application of all USPS postal regulations
- Ensure maximization of productivity through timely and efficient workflow of the MAIL and development and implementation of effective sort schemes
- Ensure coordination of the various departments such as quality control, metering, hand sort, automation, and transportation
- Accompany General Manager on sales calls to give assistance with operational questions and develop rapport with the customer
- Assists General Manager with the budgeting process and analyses various reports generated by Points System and prepares other reports as requested
- Collaborate with multiple levels across the organization and cross-functional teams to achieve results
Your Background:
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating progressively more responsibility in a production environment. MAILING industry experience is mandatory
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an Operating Center averaging 20 million or more MAIL pieces per week with a 24-hour operating cycle
- A proven track record of leading large leadership teams diverse in background, experience, and skill level
- Superior ability to turn data into insights and make critical operational decisions based on key and relevant data
- The ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals and USPS postal regulations
- The ability to prepare reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees
- Knowledge of PC software programs including proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications in a Microsoft Office environment
- Knowledge of PC applications and statistical reporting
- The ability to promote a safe work environment by understanding workplace environment standards and OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of supervisory techniques to accomplish instruction, motivation, and training of personnel
- Knowledge of management practices and principles and strong leadership skills
- A basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of their native language
- A flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and/or different shifts with little or no advance notice
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, stoop, or sit for extended periods of time with or without accommodation
