ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program 2-Month Intensive Training for Future Commercial Real Estate Agents Unpaid

  • High Opportunity The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a focused, two-month immersion designed for individuals who are ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage.

This program is built for people already licensed or obtaining their license during the program , and who want to hit the ground running with real skills, mentorship, and momentum.

What You’ll Do As an ELIFIN® Apprentice, you’ll start building the habits, disciplines, and knowledge base that allow new agents to ramp quickly.

Over the two-month program, you will :

  • Become an expert in your specialized area of focus.  Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle.
  • Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours.
  • Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development.
  • Work alongside high performers who move fast and expect excellence.
  • This is an action-driven , high-intensity environment designed to prepare you to become and succeed as a full-time agent.

    • Who This Program Is For You are an ideal candidate for our apprenticeship if you align with the following :
