Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage operations, staff, and customer relations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Duties


  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance levels in food service management.
  • Implement and maintain POS systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills


  • Proven experience in fine dining and food production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices.
  • Excellent staff training abilities with a focus on developing team members' skills.
  • Proficient in managing banquet services and catering operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant settings.
  • Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service management.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a pizza restaurant or with major fast food brands such as Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, or a competitively similar food service environment.
