Physical Therapist (Full or Part time)

Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation -

AOM is currently seeking Physical Therapists to join the therapy team in the Maumee, Ohio area.

Job responsibilities will include:

•To provide quality physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.

•To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.

•To supervise and direct Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
• Must also have current licensure or be license-eligible in the state of Ohio.
