Hands-on experience with operational tooling systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM systems) and strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Experience in B2B SaaS, technology platform, or financial services industry is highly preferred, with a focus on partner programs and incentive operations.

JOB SUMMARY :
As a pivotal member of the GTM Programs & Operations team within the Global Partner Ecosystem, the Staff Non-Technical Product Manager will lead the creation and implementation of a sophisticated pricing, tiering, benefits, and incentives system for a unified Partner Program. This role involves intricate cross-functional collaboration to craft and operationalize scalable systems and processes that ensure equitable partner engagement and benefit realization. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to redefine partner contribution measurement and enhance ecosystem efficiency, setting a new standard for partner program interaction and success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Own and refine the tiering system, including criteria, logic, and policies for fair and consistent progression and audit.
- Strategically execute the rollout and operations of the Benefits Marketplace, ensuring effective points redemption and benefit delivery.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate and govern tiering logic within partner management systems, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Align with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, compliance) on tiering and incentives, representing operational interests in leadership councils.
- Drive operational efficiency and innovation through high-ROI process automation, SOP development, and future-state visioning for partner engagement enhancements.
