AutoZone provides an ideal platform to advance your career in an essential industry that supports the driving community. \n Responsibilities * Leadership - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. * Communication - Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences. * Metrics Mindedness - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. * Process Orientation - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency. * Teamwork - Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence. * Parts Sales & Inventory Management - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. * Safety & Compliance - Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards. * Commercial Account Support - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. * Problem Solving - Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies. Qualifications What We're Looking For * Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities. * Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
