Accounts Payable Specialist

The Waldinger Corporation is looking for a dependable and detailed Accounts Payable Specialist for our team! The primary focus in this position will be processing invoices including coding and indexing and working closely with branch personnel to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of accounting experience in a high-volume environment along with solid computer skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as with others in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education - A.S. Degree in Accounting/Business OR 2-5 years experience
• 1-3 year's AP experience preferred
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
