EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
RN-Registered Nurse of California
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated success in major project coordination and implementation of successful cost containment initiatives.
Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
Ability to synthesize data and create meaningful presentation.
Ability to quickly grasp data provided in opportunity analyses and effectively secure feedback to the supplying source as to its quality.
Knowledge of healthcare products and equipment, inventory sources, and alternative sources of supply, purchasing, and distribution systems, contract administration, and new or emerging trends in the industry.
Must be able to successfully facilitate team meetings that may involve competing objectives.
Ability to manage complex situations with a high degree of variation.
Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Successful experience in the coordination of processes for numerous sites.
Team leadership and organization skills.

Pay Range is $75.89 to $99.39 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
