As a Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you'll be part of a collaborative team. This team includes APP's, Pharmacists, Care Coaches, Behavioral Health Specialists, and moreall working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
Reporting to our Associate Medical Director, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting and empowering clinicians to do what they love. Our leadership is committed to promoting an environment where you will provide the highest quality care and establish relationships with those you serve.

  • Your Role & Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors
    • Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team.
    • Document in Athena EMR.
    • Participate in on-call rotation (limited)
    • Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time.
    • You will work on-site, in an outpatient office setting

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
  • Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
  • Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted DEA license
  • Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number
  • 2+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients
  • Knowledge of Medicare standards
  • Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

Additional Information

TB Statement:

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$267,800 - $313,400 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
